Washington recorded five property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carry a confirmed sale price so far: $55,000 at 61 Middlefield Rd and $75,000 at 477 North Washington State Rd, for a median of $65,000 among priced sales. Both of those sales involved Greylock Federal Credit Union as buyer. Three other transfers, including one where the Town of Washington was the buyer, have no price on record yet.
