Four Washington property transfers recorded, but only one discloses a sale price

Washington recorded four property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $55,000 for 61 Middlefield Rd, sold by John Phillip Irion to Greylock Federal Credit Union. The other three transfers, at Summit Hill Road, Watson Road and an unaddressed town parcel, listed no consideration amount. Three of the four deeds involved a mortgage lender or credit union as buyer or seller, and one transfer was to the Town of Washington itself. With price data missing from three of four records, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this data alone.
