Four Washington Property Transfers Recorded in August; Sale Prices Not Disclosed
Four property transfers were recorded in Washington between July 31 and Aug. 29, on Upper Valley Road, Blotz Road, Watson Road and one additional parcel. None of the deeds disclosed a sale price, so a price range and median could not be calculated this period. Three of the four transactions referenced an existing mortgage book and page and named a bank or mortgage servicer, Lee Bank, Greylock Federal Credit Union, or New Residential Mortgage LLC/Newrez LLC, as seller. The fourth involved Washington Town Conservation as seller. With no price data available for any sale, the deed records do not support a read on market tone this month.
