Washington property records show wide price gap between two disclosed sales in July

Washington recorded 12 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only two disclosed a sale price: $261,000 for 365 S Washington State Rd. and $40,000 for 474 Plunkett Reservoir Rd., a median of $150,500 across the disclosed pair. Ten of the 12 filings listed no consideration amount, including two properties tied to the Washington Town Conservation entity and at least two apparent within-family or trust transfers. With price data limited to one in six transfers, the deed records do not support a clear read on whether the local market was active or slow this period.
