Washington Records 11 Property Transfers, Only One Discloses Sale Price
Washington recorded 11 property transfers between July 17 and August 15, but only one disclosed a sale price: $40,000 for 474 Plunkett Reservoir Road, sold July 20 by Michael D. Goonan Jr. and Sarah Goonan to Eastrise Federal Credit Union. The other 10 transactions, including mortgage discharges and family trust transfers, did not include sale prices, a common feature of deed records. Upper Valley Road and North Washington State Road each saw multiple recordings on the same properties during the period. With price data limited to a single transaction, the available records do not support a broader read on market tone this period.
