Washington Records Seven Property Transfers as Sale Prices Go Undisclosed

Washington recorded seven property transactions in the four weeks between July 24 and August 22, according to Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds filings, but none of the sales included a disclosed price, leaving no price range or median available for the period. Two addresses, 14 Blotz Rd and 71 North Washington State Rd, each had two separate recordings during the window. Three of the seven filings were mortgage-related records rather than standard deeds. With no consideration amounts reported in any transaction, the data offers no basis to characterize market tone beyond the raw count of recorded activity this period.
