The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded eight property transfers in Washington from Aug. 28 to Sept. 26. Four carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $55,000 to $341,500, with a median of $100,000; the other four have no price on record yet, which is normal while registry data catches up.
