Washington sees five deed transfers, one disclosed sale price in late summer

Five properties changed hands in Washington, Massachusetts, between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, according to Middlesex Berkshire Registry of Deeds records, but only one transaction disclosed a sale price. That sale, 61 Middlefield Rd, sold for $55,000 on Aug. 31 from John Phillip Irion to Greylock Federal Credit Union. The other four transfers, on Summit Hill Road, Watson Road, Blotz Road and an unspecified location, listed no consideration amount. Greylock Federal Credit Union appeared as a party in three of the five deeds. With sale prices disclosed in only one of five transactions, the data does not support a broader read on price trends or market conditions this period.
